0:00 Here's how to split up your lead assignment. So, uh, an example is if you are running English ads and Spanish ads, and you want to assign all the Spanish leads to one person and the English leads to another, I'm going to show you how to do that in this video.
0:16 So what you're going to do is on the left you're going to go to Automation. You're going to go down here to Editable Templates.
0:23 Maybe one day it's called Templates, but either way you just want to find the Templates folder. And then is this guy here a sign user round robin new leads?
0:32 Now, uh, this is where it becomes important is we're going to click this plus icon. And we're going to type the word if, because you want this guy here, if else.
0:46 All right. And we're just going to name it. Um, this, um, if, or, uh, let's see language. And then, uh, here we'll put English.
0:59 And then, uh, so that's, that's the start. Okay. So we're just going to action name is language. then branches, we've got English and we'll create a Spanish one here in a sec, but we're going to click select contact details. And then we're going to click the select again.
1:15 Okay. So that way we can start typing. We're going to type workflow or does, sorry, WF is this one right here.
1:20 workflow. Attribution data. And then we're going to click it, uh, contains or sorry, does not contain, does not contain Spanish.
1:31 Okay. Does not contain Spanish. So that's going to be the English leads. And then, uh, here, we're going to go ahead and put, uh, the word Spanish.
1:44 Because, uhm, this one here is for English leads, so if this does not contain Spanish, then it's an English lead.
1:50 If it does contain Spanish, it'll go down this branch. And so, that's it. So, we're going to click Save. And now, we see we've got the language here.
1:57 So, it's going to separate it out. These are the English leads. These are the Spanish leads. And then, we are going to, uh, click, uhm, this plus sign.
2:07 And we're going to type the word Assign. And we're looking for Assign to User. We're going to click that. And then, the Users, we're going to go ahead and select the user it goes to.
2:17 And only apply to unassigned contacts. Uhm, we're going to leave that unchecked because if somebody opts in and they're Spanish, we want them to go into this person.
2:26 We're going to click Save. And then, Save. And just like that, you have created, or you've, uh, updated this, uh, particular workflow to now assign Spanish leads to one person and English leads to another.
2:40 And if you want to round-robin these, so let's say you have multiple people taking these leads, all you're going to do is click here, and you're just going to add that additional user, and then you can decide, you know, do you want to split it equally or unevenly, you know, so maybe it's like most of
2:55 them go to this guy, some of them go to this guy. You can do that, and then you just save that, uhm, but that's if you want to round-robin those leads, you do it that way.
3:04 Uh, but that's it, that is how you create that. Now, if you do not have, so if we go to, uh, assign user, and that person who speaks Spanish has that hasn't been added to the system yet, uh, what you're going to do is you're just going to go to the help library and search, uh, the word team, and you'll
3:21 find the help article on adding a team member. So if we go here to help center. And then up here in the search bar we type the word team.
3:32 Here it is, how to add or remove users. You can, uh, add that person first, cause you are going to need to add them first before you remove them.
3:38 Go ahead and round robin, uhm, but that is how you would do that. If you need help or have any questions, please let us know.
3:44 Thanks.
